HOW TO GET STARTED
CONSULTATION

Consultations are held on Zoom so that we can get to know you and your business. We want to know more about your business, where you are in your business journey, and what your goals are. We also want you to get to know us, what it's like to work with us, and view us as a partner in your journey.
ASSESSMENT

After our consultation we will perform a needs assessment or diagnostic review of your accounting file to make sure your books are ready for ongoing work. If you are in need of an extensive clean up, we will refer you to our clean up specialist partner. Once you are ready for ongoing work or if your clean up is moderate in size, we will send you a proposal that you can digitally sign, and we will schedule an onboarding meeting with you.
ONBOARDING

You will receive an invitation to our secure, easy-to-use client portal. This is where we will request and/or send any needed documents. We will have an onboarding meeting and provide a checklist and resources that will help to get your onboarding completed in a timely manner. We will keep communication open and ask that you do the same as we mutually strive for your business success!
